Samples & product orders
Sample and product orders are accepted subject to availability, minimum order quantities and technical review. Placing an order does not transfer ownership of any formulation, base or component until the order is paid in full and released for production.
Quotations & final pricing
Cost figures shown in the platform are indicative and prepared for planning. Final pricing, lead times and minimum quantities are confirmed in a written quotation issued by LAMIS BEAUTY, and remain valid only for the period stated on that quotation.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. LAMIS BEAUTY does not store your full card details. Sample orders are charged in Jordanian Dinar unless another supported currency is agreed; banking, currency-conversion and cross-border fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
Shipping & delivery
Sample orders are dispatched with Aramex to the recipient details you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance requirements in the destination country are payable by the recipient, and incorrect or incomplete address details may delay or prevent delivery.
Returns & refunds
Because cosmetic samples and made-to-order products are produced or dispatched for a single customer, they are not returnable once shipped, except where an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Report such cases within seven days of delivery with photographic evidence; approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund of the affected amount.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the brand names, artwork and content you submit and confirm you hold the rights to use them. LAMIS BEAUTY retains ownership of its platform, catalogue content, technical documentation, bases and manufacturing know-how, and grants no licence to them beyond the fulfilment of your order.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Regulatory responsibility
Product registration, market notification, claim substantiation and label compliance are the responsibility of the brand owner in each destination market. LAMIS BEAUTY provides technical documentation and support but makes no representation that a product is approved or registered in any market unless confirmed in writing for that market.
Formulation & safety
Preliminary formulation direction is a planning document, not a finished formula, a cosmetic product safety report or a regulatory approval. Every product requires formulation by qualified cosmetic chemists, stability and microbiological testing, safety assessment and market-specific registration before sale.
Privacy & confidentiality
Your brand data, documents and project communication are private to your account and to authorised LAMIS BEAUTY staff. We use your contact and delivery details only to fulfil your orders and to communicate about your projects. Confidential formulations, supplier identities and internal notes are never exposed to customer accounts.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost commercial opportunity, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law of Jordan.
